About Cathy

Cathy Spack, M.A., is a licensed speech - language pathologist working in the schools and in private practice. She is co-author of the books Stories and Activities for Developing Language and TIPS: Thoughts, Ideas, Practices and Strategies for Working Effectively with Alcohol Related Disorders.

Cathy has been a Certified YogaKids Teacher since 2000 and has been teaching yoga to children in the Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding areas. Cathy is also a Certified YogaKids Trainer and offers YogaKids workshops to educators, child care workers, and parents.

She has been a Certified Itsy Bitsy Yoga Facilitator since 2006, teaching yoga to babies, tots, and tykes at various venues and offering workshops in the Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding areas.
